This is a recipe that was shared with me many years ago, probably when I was about 19 years old. And I have been making it ever since. As a matter fact I have even gotten creative with it and tried making it with Sloppy Joe & Cheese inside (messy!) and Spaghetti inside. The Spaghetti one out of those two options is my favorite, making the bread dough into more of a Garlic Bread. But you can also make it using any meat and cheese combo. The Ham & Swiss Loaf is the classic way I make it mainly because it’s so good.
